With over 30 years in sales, sales training, management, and business ownership, Tim Ledwein brings his real-world experience to leading the team at Sandler by i10 Solutions.
Tim began his selling career straight out of college with Merck for five years, Ortho-Tech for two years, and Johnson & Johnson for 16 years. During this time, he earned multiple sales and leadership awards. Before becoming sole owner and President of i10 Solutions in June 2016, Tim was a long-time client of Sandler and a partner at Henricks CORP/Sandler Training.
Tim holds a position on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Business Exchange (CBEX) - Charlotte's premiere business-to-business networking organization.
Tim is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years and their two adult boys.
OPERATIONS | FINANCE
After graduating from college, Jackie worked for 10 years in customer service, sales, marketing and management in the health insurance industry for Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA and United Healthcare. After the birth of her second son, she left Corporate America to raise (and eventually homeschool) her two boys. During her time "at home", Jackie worked her way up to Director level in a home-based wine consulting business earning several awards and trips to Bordeaux, France and Sonoma, California.
Before joining i10 Solutions in June 2016, she served 4-1/2 years as the Finance Director for a local non-profit medical missions organization; traveling to Nicaragua and Haiti on several mission trips. To add to her eclectic background, Jackie became passionate about health and nutrition after encountering some personal challenges, which led her to pursue a year-long Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification, graduating in December 2015.
Jackie enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and helping others overcome health challenges through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Jordan was first exposed to Sandler in high school via Sandler CDs being played in the car while driving to weekend hockey tournaments. After high school, Jordan began working part-time in the business while attending college at Clemson University; allowing him to learn more about the Sandler Selling System and different aspects of the business. In 2016, during his junior year, he trained and became certified as a Sandler Sales Associate.
After graduating from Clemson in 2017 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance, Jordan went to work for an industrial manufacturing and engineering company where he managed a sales territory consisting of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. His knowledge and proficiency with the Sandler System allowed him to excel early in his career leading to much success. After 5 years in sales, the opportunity to return to Sandler presented itself and he rejoined our team in March 2022.
In his free time, Jordan enjoys chasing around a small white ball in 4-hour increments and spending time outdoors near a body of water.
